We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Permanent Scheduler to join our expanding team.
This position is an integral part of our construction team and plays a crucial role in the successful completion of our projects.
The Permanent Scheduler will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and monitoring schedules for all phases of construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing.
This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
1.
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules for all stages of construction projects, including HVAC and plumbing installations.
2.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that all tasks are accounted for in the project schedule.
3.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to the schedule as necessary to keep the project on track.
4.
Communicate schedule updates and changes to all relevant parties, ensuring everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
5.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts or delays and work proactively to find solutions.
6.
Prepare and present reports on project schedules and progress to project managers and other stakeholders.
7.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in all scheduling decisions.
Qualifications:
1.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction scheduling is required.
2.
Prior experience in HVAC and plumbing scheduling is strongly preferred.
3.
A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
4.
Proficiency with scheduling software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
5.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
6.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
7.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
8.
A strong understanding of construction processes, including HVAC and plumbing installations.
9.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
10.
A commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
